The Quikkut Rocker Knife is designed for use by individuals with upper extremity disabilities or who have limited wrist movement. This knife has a large handle in the middle so that it can be centrally controlled with only minimal pressure. It also features a sturdy, curved stainless steel blade to ensure that maximum cutting pressure is brought to bear on the food. The kinfe can be used with the right or left hand. HANDLE/S: The handle is made from redwood and is centrally located over the cutting blade. It is attached to the blade at both ends. The shape and position of the handle allows the use of a strong grip.

FEATURES: Blade is non serrated and sharp.

METHOD OF USE: Using only one hand, a rocking motion and downwards pressure is applied to the curve of the blade to cut food.
